Good try, but '' and 0 are missing, as the field lists between the fr-FR and fr-CA differ. A separate INSERT statement would be better, if you are going to cut and paste. Otherwise, make sure the fields line up. Another cut-and-paste idea would be just to copy the email HOLD above, and change it to 'print' on the end.
