There is something weird, if multiple cover providers are activated:

- Turn on OpenLibrary covers - Turn on Amazon covers - Search for "perl" - Most books will show 2 covers in results and in the detail pages - Example: CGI programming with Perl - Turn on Google covers - Result list shows 3 - Detail page: only Amazon
