I don't think I completely understand the test plan. I managed to create and upload the Test_Newsletter plugin, but I still don't have the syspref "OPACCustomConsentTypes". Do I need to do this part of the test plan first? Test plan: Run perl -MKoha::Plugin::Test_Newsletter -e"Koha::Plugin::Test_Newsletter->new->install" Enable OPACCustomConsentTypes. Test consenting and refusing consent on OPAC account page.
