I just followed the test plan in a sandbox, first with Zebra and then with ElasticSearch, and in neither case was the Literatura angielska genre heading linked.

I had the wrong marker in the authority record, I believe I fixed it. The 008 thesaurus was set as 'n' - not applicable - rather then '|' - no attempt to code.
