I also had trouble with the 'renew' option from here - could you try that please?
This is a bit weird; but I don't think it's anything to do with this bug. The renewal goes through as expected if you look at the data, but I would expect the page to redirect back to the logged in SCO session rather than just leave you on the confirmation page.
