Small notes from testing (for future follow-ups, not here)

The 'Add' button cannot be tabbed to - this feels like a small accessibility lack After adding a field, I must save before I can add mappings - seems ok I was able to, in the interface, delete a field with a mapping, but saving gave an error and all was restored - ok
