I attempted to test, but I'm not getting the behavour described in the test plan.
Or maybe I'm not testing this correctly - any additional steps to help reproduce or understand the issue?

Without these patches, if I have a non-superlibrarian user with both IndependentBranches and canreservefromotherbranches enabled, Koha blocks my user from placing a bib-level or item-level hold if all items on the bib are from other branches (incorrect behavior) but allows my user to place an item-level hold on an item from another branch if it shares a bib with an item from the user's library (correct behavior). So it appears the issue is slightly different than described, but still valid. Once I apply this patch, my user is allowed to place either bib-level or item-level holds if all items on the bib are from other branches when canreservefromotherbranches is enabled. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
