If you want to set different "Default library" and "Default category" based on email domain, it won't work if you have a "blank" domain. It also means the "Auto register" and "Update on login" wouldn't work right... if they were working... I think the only thing that does work is having "Allow staff: No" in "blank" domain and "Allow staff: Yes" in specific domain.
