It could include each profile's settings and the ability to delete individual/multiple at a time, and if possible, the ability to add new, edit existing, and/or duplicate to create new. Test plan (for the whole feature): 1. Apply the patches of bugs 43794 and 43795 first, then the patches of this bug 2. yarn build; restart_all 3. prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/import_batch_profiles.t 4. As a superlibrarian, open the Cataloging home page: confirm "Import profiles" appears in the Import group, and click it 5. Add a profile, filling all fields; confirm it is listed showing the matching rule and modification template names 6. Edit the profile and confirm the changes are saved 7. Duplicate the profile: the form opens pre-filled with the name "Copy of ..."; save it 8. Delete one profile: the confirmation notes that already staged batches are unaffected 9. Confirm Tools > Stage MARC records for import still offers the profiles 10. Use shorter labels, keep the stored values unchanged, and explain the choices in a tooltip on each action field: Action if matching record found Action if no match is found How to process items The list now shows the same labels for record type, encoding, format and the three actions instead of the stored codes. Sorting, searching and export still use the stored value, a value without a label (for example a plugin format) is shown as stored, and everything is HTML-escaped. Test plan: 1. Open Cataloging > Import profiles > New import profile. 2. Open the three action selects: the options are short enough to fit on one line, and each field has a "?" icon explaining the choices. 3.
