[Bug 40535] New: Branches.tt view page has out of place "Category:" field

Go to Administration > Libraries and view a branch by clicking on the branch name. 2. Notice "Category:" field. This is supposed to be populated with [% category.categoryname | html %] I think this must be here by accident, I can't get data to populate the field.
