I suggest that the label "Enforce patron account expiry notice" should be changed unless it is actually used to enforce the expiry notice. We have had the "email" box unchecked and the "enforce" option set to "Yes" for several months due to an unfortunate oversight and as a result hundreds of account expiry notices have not been generated as they should have been. We had a patron category with Enforce patron account expiry set to yes, which means you couldn't see the line for the notice in the default notices. When I switched it to no, I had to save, re-open, and then I could see that the notice was unchecked in the defaults.
