I suggest that the label "Enforce patron account expiry notice" should be changed unless it is actually used to enforce the expiry notice. We have had the "email" box unchecked and the "enforce" option set to "Yes" for several months due to an unfortunate oversight and as a result hundreds of account expiry notices have not been generated as they should have been.
