It looks like opac-serial-issues.pl is linked at the bottom of the Subscriptions tab in the OPAC detail view. I can't say we're actively using it but I know I've pointed it out as a tool for staff to show patrons, just a different way of browsing which issues we have. I wouldn't want it removed without a larger discussion around whether it's worth having.
