Fuzzy means when the person entered it, they weren't totally sure. You can leave it, (it will be used in the templates) Or if you are sure it is right, you can turn fuzzy off. The choice is yours.
Note (that will be interesting for future updates) that ANY changes in Koha template will result in the "fuzzy" flag to be set by koha tools. That's why, you can have x00 fuzzy strings between 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 (for example) The tool is very careful (in fact, it is stupid and it knows it is), so add a space, or a capital, or move a string => fuzzy set, just in case something must be changed.
