I'm not hungarian, but I suppose your script is Latin. The hungarian language has several diacritics which are not contained in the standard Latin character set, so you need to specify wheter you are using ISO Latin-2 (ISO 8859-2) or UTF-8 for encoding.
It would be best to use UTF-8 as the MARC21 standard doesn't currently support ISO Latin-2, and it will be complicated for the interface to have to display two different character encodings on the same page.
