italian translation of the manual
Hello koha-ers! I've started an italian translation of the Koha 3.10 manual, I think it could be useful to share the work with the community as the task goes on. I don't have the rights to create a branch for it on Pootle though - if it gets the approval and someone could create it, I will happily upload what I have translated so far. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Fabio
Hi Fabio, nice to have another manual translation! Currently main translation server do not store manual translations, they live in it's own server. In manual translation server (http://es.koha-community.org/pootle/) I added italian in 3.10 project, but I need to generate the manual.po file for your language. But as new language, it will begin empty, or untranslated :) I will give you acces right for the language. If your translation file is a "*.po" file then I could use it, but if you have a translated docbook then I can´t. I will write to you when it language setup is ready. Hi Fabio, I configured Italian language in manual translation site, and you have permission for that language. To all interested in translating the manual, I could add new languages on request :) You could download the manual (and view progress) form http://es.koha-community.org/manual/ and do translations on http://es.koha-community.org/pootle/ Regards, Bernardo -- Bernardo Gonzalez Kriegel bgkriegel@gmail.com On Mon, Jul 15, 2013 at 8:40 AM, Bernardo Gonzalez Kriegel < bgkriegel@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Bernardo, thanks for enabling that on Pootle! I do have a .po file, can I upload it with no worries? I mean, how is the merging/overwriting handled? Thanks again. Regards, Fabio 2013/7/15 Bernardo Gonzalez Kriegel <bgkriegel@gmail.com>
