For me this correct, I can't use :ref:`Label Creator` as placeholder because I'm italian. But now transaltion server doesn't like :ref:`Creatore di etichette <label-creator-label>` and it force me to insert :ref:`Label Creator`.

you are adding "<label-creator-label>" which is not present on the source, that's what pootle is complaining about. I think that if you put :ref:`Creatore di etichette` without the label it will work, 'Creatore di etichette' it's the name for a section, perhaps sphinxs will make the cross-reference right.
