As a non-vendor, I have been unclear as to:

I have been wondering this myself for a while now. I generally just comment
via IRC, since I never know what else to do. That's definitely *not* the
best way to do things, though.

Speaking for myself as a semi-vendor, I would welcome any and all comments,
*particularly* those from non-vendor-type people, on my RFCs.
