You should see something like this to these commands:

$ apt-cache policy libyaz4
libyaz4:
  Installed: 4.0.11-1
  Candidate: 4.0.11-1
  Version table:
 *** 4.0.11-1 0
        500 http://debian.catalyst.net.nz/debian/ squeeze/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

$ apt-cache policy libgnutls26
libgnutls26:
  Installed: 2.8.6-1
  Candidate: 2.8.6-1
  Version table:
 *** 2.8.6-1 0
        500 http://debian.catalyst.net.nz/debian/ squeeze/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

This is from a completely up-to-date debian install, running Koha from
packages.
