[Koha-oz] Library Stars 2014 - REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN - Melbourne 15 September 2014

Dear Melbourne based colleagues,

This is not directly related to Koha but I thought you might like to know
about this event.  Apologies if it is a duplication.

The Library Stars 2014 forum showcases public libraries, recognizes their
successes, achievements and inspires library practitioners to greater
heights. The one day forum on 15 September 2014 at the Library @ The Dock,
Melbourne, will be hosted by the Public Libraries Victoria Network as a
satellite event to the ALIA 2014 Conference: Together We are Stronger.

The keynote speaker is Marie Ostergaard, Project Manager, Aarhus Public
Libraries, Urban Mediaspace Aarhus <http://www.urbanmediaspace.dk/en> – New
Central Harbour Square and Mediaspace, City of Aarhus, Denmark.

The presentations should be very interesting and highlight great examples
of innovation and excellence in Australia as well as hearing about the largest
public library
