OK, ignore that, it was easily solved by removing the <br>s from
the file ... but now I get a tricky one:

Copying ../koha/classic/koha/koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/npl/en/images/trash.gif...
Creating per/kohaerror.tmpl...
Creating per/opac-ISBDdetail.tmpl...
Creating per/opac-MARCdetail.tmpl...
Creating per/opac-account.tmpl...
s: Completely confused parametrizing

The translate file also seems to be incorrectly using the 'cp' command,
at least on my system. I'll continue investigating ...
