[Koha-translate] [Koha] Portuguese translations file

Dear all,

Everything is said. Now it up with Portuguese community.
For the last 3 years Ricardo and myself tried to push hard for people in
Portugal to make them believe that KOHA was the write solution.
Now a large number of people is already using from Public Administration to
High Education Schools and Municipalities.
But we very few and busy for spend time blaming. Cooperation is the word
from the open source projects and KOHA is one of them. KOHA means 'gift' so
we must have that in mind far from commercial thinking.
