[Koha-translate] Koha 3.2 Manual (es) PDF Version (Full Manual) Character encoding

Hi!

I download some PDFs from here:
http://download.koha-community.org/manual_pdf/
Notice that the encoding problem is still there, visible on any language
with non-english characters:

anybody know where is the problem?
No one else tried to generate an ODT file from GIT Docbook/XML source? Liz,
could you tell me how did you generate those PDFs please? I should ask on
koha-devel?
