[Koha-translate] Error when installing pt-PT translation

Hi!

This sequence solve my problem.

I was using the command like the koha wiki says
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Installation_of_additional_languages_for_OPAC_and_INTRANET_staff_client
I'm using Koha 3.2 so I use the command "perl translate install pt-PT".

Fortunately the old way works.

Thank you very much Vitor and the other guys that help me.

If I've some time, I try to help in the translation.
