You even don't need Koha to fix them. There's what you need in pootle.

At the bottom, there is a selector that shows:

(tout = all in french)

Select "checks" instead

You have a list of failed checks on the right.
You can see that there are 44 printf() fails atm for 3.20 arabic.

a printf() fail mean you have in english something with a given number 
of %s that is not the same as in the translated string. And that's wrong ;-)
For example :
%sPublic%s
translated to
عام
