[Koha-translate] Arabic Koha Translation Contribution - who done what

With all respect to your point view Mr. Karam, I did NOT suggest implicitly or explicitly to remove anybody name from the contribution list! 

Simply put, is the statement as mentioned for these Arabic Koha releases true or not ? 

You can add the other contributors names for the other Koha versions as you wish.

It is true that any person can contribute to the translation work. However, see for yourself who and how much contributions has been provided to Arabic Koha during the last couple of years, particularly since after 3.16 releases.
