[Koha-win32] Problem Solved..bug

Ok found the problem. When doing search with Z39.50, the addbiblio.pl file is
not sending over the oldbiblionumber value. I fixed the addbiblio.tmpl file
as attached. This new one should work without problems. (Right click -> Save
As instead of clicking on the link to download)
