unique cataloguing system

Hi, We're thinking of using Koha for our online library catalogue. Our collection is predominantly made up of free to access online resources (grey lit etc) -is it possible to set up Koha using our existing cataloguing fields including our own unique call number system, URL field etc Am very new to Koha and can't work this out from the online manual.
