I wanna translate koha into vietnamese. But i don't know, did they do this, how can i join with them, and what can i do, and how? If noone did this, how can i start from beginning? Sorry, i'm a newbie with koha. Thanks for reading!

Poedit or a similar editor will work nicely when you are the only person translating a language, but for a group you might want to consider translating on translate.koha-community.org directly.
