[Koha-devel] Feedback from french translation team about transifex

I wouldn't want to switch to it until we have proven we can stand up our
own instance and use it.  If we then decide to use the hosted one, we do
have an exit if needed in the future.
The po files are but a part of the data, there are user accounts etc too.
