[Koha-translate] kurdish project

Hi Gaetan,

On translation server Kurdish files only have "ku-" prefix.
Apparently they use Soraní script, perhaps they can be renamed as ku-IQ,
ku-Arab or ku-Arab-IQ
to better reflect the script type, and also as one of the official
languages of Irak
