THis will only happen at upgrade or install though. For people to fix it in their existing install they could run the updatedatabase script by hand. Ill set it up so if you have marc support enabled, and simple acquisitions set, you get the current 1.9.2 simple acquisitions. If you choose no marc, and simple you get the 1.2.3 version.
