This enhacment willl be enabled by setting a system preferences variable. I've created a varible named opac-search-ORT, of type yesNo, default value is No. The variable stores in the database 0 as it defaults value instead of No (as expected). I have just committed the fix to CVS on the rel_2_2 branch.
