As an example, current NPL circ template contains this markup: <h4>      Video Issues, <span class="error">Video Limit Reached!</span> More Allowed Video Issues Allowed</h4> <h4>     Music CD Issues, <span class="error">Music CD Limit Reached!</span> More Allowed Music CD Issues Allowed</h4> <h4>     Audio Book Issues, <span class="error">Audio Book Limit Reached!</span> More Allowed Audio Book Issues Allowed</h4> In the case of a limit being reached a flag should also be set which can display along with other warnings (like debarred status).
