I was expecting to get a Too many issue type of warning. There may be any number of juvenile patron categories that need to be "promotable" and they might proceed in series or in parallel. You might have age 5-12 kids in one group and 13-18 in another. Or one for kids inside your geographical service area, and one for kids outside it. And, a real gotcha, the library may define an enrollment fee for whatever "Adult" category we would want to target. How do we handle that... They should pay, right? But what if the child category already has an enrollment fee for the same amount? Then maybe the library intended "everybody pays the same amount... ONCE". The problem is, moremember.pl never thinks a patron is a child, even if their borrower category is within the child type.
