There is no indication what happens if no "branch" argument is supplied. The only use of the "branch" argument by AddRenewal is in its last line, to pass it as an argument to UpdateStats. This is because of an apparent API shift or mismatch w/ AddRenewal, in particular the number of arguments and insertion of "branch" as the 3rd argument. Looking at Zebra config files, there's no reason why all available language and MARC-specific files can't be installed; installer can content itself with setting up profilePath to point to selected indexing language and MARC format.
