Fixed display of "Add List" input. Fixed XHTML validation. Fixed error display for adding a duplicate list name (could still use some retouching via CSS). Added instructional message ("how to add") on viewing empty list. Removed obsolete columns for callnumber. Note: opac-addbookbybiblionumber.tmpl doesn't exist anymore.
