SAN-OP wanted it to be like that : on librarian interface, when the user request a book, it's on phone. so the librarian goes in the shelves immediatly, pick it up, validate the reserve and confirm to the patron (still on phone) that the book is awaiting him on the librarian desk. A book should only be marked as waiting upon check-in.
