Koha simply cannot execute cronjob with a system call in response to an Apache request and expect it to work. There are a handful of reports where this vestigial approach persists. Beyond that the "No branches with active overduerules" is expected if the branch has no rules. Default overdue rules are not inherited at runtime. Afaict, they are just there as a template. If the item type assigned to the item record has an image linked to it in the item type table the image appears in the column but if no image is linked then the value from 942$c (or nothing if that field is null) is displayed there rather than the item's item type. The item's item type should display there whether or not an image has been assigned to the item type or not. When a subfield is entirely dates (normally $d, also $e) there shouldn't be a dash in front of it.
