Call numbers display appropriately if OPACItemsResultsDisplay is set to 'itemdetails,' if the OPAC is displaying statuses only, it's not clear what should display. cn_item + cn_item + cn_suffix? I did not know that you could find the approved requests under orders after picking a vendor. My public library did something great when I requested a book. They emailed me to tell me that my request was approved, they emailed me when the book arrived, and they automatically put he book on hold for me so that I could be the first patron to have the book.
