"Check all" is good, but possibly impractical for a library with many branches and collection code/item types. My patch adds selection by row and by column, as well as check/uncheck/toggle all for individual ccode/itype tables. The patch also breaks the single large table into tabs for each ccode/itype. However, when that item is renewed, the renewal policy comes from Library A (21 days, for example). This is confusing to the patron and the librarian. ALL circulation policies should come from the pickup branch/transacting library.
