Another option is to just add some filters at the top to allow you to filter on what you want to see. Not sure if having "unpaid" and "paid" is best, or maybe "unpaid" and "all" where "all" would include both paid and unpaid. When we pay them we get 15 more lines of 'Payment - thanks'. It doesn't take long before the balance is off the bottom of the screen, and it becomes difficult to see which amounts are still outstanding. I would like Koha to display only unpaid charges in the payment screen. When a charge is paid, move the paid amounts to a separate screen (fine log), and keep only unpaid amounts in the screen you see when paying.
