This form uses ACQ framework (Default if unavailable). Item fields defined as mandatory are properly displayed: their label ends with a *. This display is identical to the cataloging data entry form where it's impossible to save an item with empty mandatory fields. This is because of a class error : class="addtolist" should be "addtoshelf" (defined in opac.css). The icon "addtolist-small.gif" appears then. This table stretches off the page and requires tedious scrolling. I propose a modification so that the user can select which columns appear in that table. That way the user can choose to show only the columns which are relevant.
