To reproduce: [1] Create a budget with $1000 allocated [2] Create a child fund with $900 allocated [3] Edit that same fund, say to change the name. Result: You are prevented from saving the fund. Expected result: You should be able to save the fund. To reproduce: view a record that includes a 780 or 785 field with indicator 1 set to '1' and the system preference OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay enabled. The 780/785 field will show up, but according to the standard no display should be generated when 780/785 indicator 1 is set to '1'.
