After applying the patch: The deleted item is not displayed at all in the reading history, neither in the staff client nor in the "my summary" page of the user in question in the OPAC. This goes for both items that were deleted before and after the patch was applied. It's reasonable to display books by publication date (in either direction) but that doesn't make any sense with journals. The code contained in the attached file is completely deprecated and should not be used. I'm not sure that this bug is still valid given the entire rewrite of the labels code in 3.2. If I try to add a patron that may be a duplicate, it warns me that I may have a duplicate record, which is obviously normal. However, I can then delete the required card number and hit save. See attached screenshot of saved patron record with no card number.
