Not this patch. Frédéric submitted a separate patch for updating the constraints. Bug 8915. However, that one requires a great deal of testing, I think. I click receive shipment, enter an invoice number, a shipping price, a budget and go to the next screen. I then click receive and fill in the info (yes I check the 'receive' box to the left) and submit, but it never marks the item as received.
