I have (as doc manager) agreed to document the mysql structure in Koha. To make it easy for others to submit patches and help me I'll submit a patch with what I've done in the day (or that time of day) so that others can submit patches as well without us doing the same work. It was voted that I will enter comments using the -- notation, for example: `frameworkcode` varchar(4) NOT NULL default '', --primary key, identifier for the framework table This report should not be closed until all fields have been documented. Ideally, after saving the new biblio the window would close and the subscription add form would be populated with the new biblionumber. Or even some shortcode (like typeing {MMMM} to get the month name to show) we could enter to get the Name of the Month receives to show in the numbering pattern box. It is not a problem when it is left empty for libraries who don't do serial receive and don't need Published on and expected on dates to work. But libraries who do can create a subscription without filling this field and run into problems because of this. "Manual history" is enabled. Issues were received and corresponding item records were generated automatically. In Cataloging module Normal View shows items records with issue numbers under Publication Details column.* Want to edit item records. Click Edit Item Records. No column for Publication Details (showing issues received) in the edit mode. Click Edit on any item. No issue number shows in edit window either. I am not sure if this is a design feature: When in Cataloging module, there is the Subscription(s) addition to the side panel choices. May be the item records are supposed to be deleted/edited and managed (compressed) from there (Serials). In that case, why give "Edit item records" in the Edit button (next to New) as an option for current subscription in the Cataloging module? *Also, the Enumeration/Chronology (952$h) for item records created from the Cataloging module shows under Publication Details in Normal View.
