This patch hide these fields in aqbudgets.tt To test : check if the 2 fields are hidden when creating a new fund. Then at a later point the branch details email field had thelibrary(a)example.com and was put in the overdue notice as <<branches.branchemail>> and the notice generated fine. BUT the overdue notice From: now became thelibrary(a)example.com which wasn't as pretty. THEN I put "The Library" <thelibrary(a)example.com> in the branch details email field BUT the notice showed: "The Library" as <thelibrary(a)example.com> got gobbled up by the Letters template code. It thought it was a stragling <tag> that had no substitution. Workaround: a) blank out branch details email field, so KohaAdminEmailAddress is used. b) replace <<branches.branchemail>> witht he literal branch email address. The app stores the value fine, but on retrieval it doesn't show. Workaround: The Library <thelibarary(a)example.com> might be valid and work with same result. The goal is to display a nice username instead of the raw email address. I suspect the template is using double quotes, so one might need to properly escape the field. It also adds fields to add the name of the Teacher and the Course. It adds a new page in the OPAC to list all the items that have this status. The functionnality looks like what is in bug #8215, but it's much more simple. It was also one of the first features I added to koha, so it really lacks comments, isn't based on master (based on 3.8.2) and doesn't have database updates yet.
