Could you explain? Hmm. In my configs I always change dc.itemtype from 1031 to 8031. Material-type is indexed on base of 007 and 502. Never submitted a patch for that.. The French unmarc file fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_complet/Obligatoire/framework_DEFAULT.sql connects it to 225f.
