So if a patron owes $10 in fines, and has a $10 credit, they technically owe nothing, but yet they still owe $10. This seems rather confusing. Instead, we should add the ability for credits to be used to pay down closed out fines and other fees. This method should check that found type is configured. Log out. - Log into OPAC - it won't work. Not good at all. This is bad for at least 2 reasons: - Often staff accounts are used like normal patron accounts by staff. - Because of permissions, sometimes the OPAC is the only place a staff user can change their password.
