https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14086 Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de --- Comment #2 from Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> --- I disagree in that the date ordered should be the date the basket was closed as that changes the status to 'ordered'. But the problem reported needs a bit more testing. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 14080] Cancelled orders should show on invoice

06 Jan '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14080 Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary|cancelled orders should |Cancelled orders should |show on invoice |show on invoice --- Comment #2 from Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> --- (In reply to Nicole C. Engard from comment #0) > Created attachment 38672 [details] > cancelled on basket only > > Right now if you cancel an order it doesn't show under on the receiving page > as a confirmation (under already received would make sense) and it doesn't > show on the invoice. This item can only be seen in the basket, but most > people want to know what was cancelled on their invoice. > > Side note - you also can't find it by doing an order search. This can't quite work as suggested, as there is no link between the invoice and the cancelled orders. You'd have to somehow make that link manually after it was cancelled (when it's cancelled before receiving from the basket page) or we could make the link when it's cancelled from the receive page. But I wonder if that is really necessary? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
